Role: FICO Senior Consultant + leading finance team: At EMPWR, I led the full implementation of SAP for their production facilities, beginning with the setup of their new Croatian production company. This project involved every phase—from the initial design and system build to go-live and post-launch hypercare support. The implementation included a comprehensive finance setup, covering Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Banking. Following the successful implementation in Croatia, the same approach was applied to EMPWR’s production branch in the Netherlands. Currently, a similar SAP setup is in the pipeline for their USA branch, further supporting EMPWR's global expansion. My role involved overseeing every step of the process to ensure seamless integration and alignment with EMPWR’s operational needs.
